REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. Company Registration Form

MAXWISE OÜ sends a proforma for advance payment with calculation of the cost of the service by e-mail

Please note, that process can take one hour as the client may experience technical errors when entering the enterprise registration portal, restarts, loading other browsers and elimination of other technical obstacles may be required)
The founder enters the Company Registration Portal using his e-residency card

4. Skype Consultation with MAXWISE

At agreed time you are making a Skype call with MAXWISE. During the call, MAXWISE advises the client on-line.

5. Founder Registers Company Information

A Founder fills out a form on Company Registration Portal where all information of the company is indicated - the name of the company, legal address, owners, and members of the board, beneficiaries, capital, contact details (phone, e-mail) and the form of Articles of Association.

6. Estonian Register Submission

Submits filled form to Estonian Commercial Register.

7. Registration Decision Wait

Waits while Estonian Commercial Register will take decision about company`s registration. Usually it takes up to 5 working days.
