Registration of an Estonian company in a notary office by personal presence or with a Power of Attorney.
Such registration of a company is possible if the founder does not have an e-residency card

REGISTRATION STEPS:
1. Founder's Estonian Notary Decision
The founder has to decide whether he can come to the Estonian notary himself, or is ready to issue a Power of Attorney (the power of attorney form will be prepared by MAXWISE) per representative (it could be a MAXWISE lawyer)
2. Company Registration Form Completion Required
The form for registration of the company should be filled out.
3. Advance Payment Proforma
MAXWISE OÜ sends a proforma for advance payment with calculation of the cost of the service by e-mail.
4. Payment Reminder: MAXWISE OÜ Services and Fees
Payment for services of MAXWISE OÜ should be done, including notary and state fees.
5. Data Transfer to Notary
MAXWISE OÜ submits data to a notary to establish a company
6. Notary Document Signing
The time is agreed when it will be possible, in the presence of a notary, to sign documents prepared in advance in person, or by Power of Attorney
7. Company Registration Process
After documents are signed, notary is sending documents to Estonian Commercial Register, which decides to register a company within 5 working days.
